FAQs

Can You Diagnose My Back Pain Without Seeing Me In-Person?

Yes. For the vast majority of people, a detailed history and movement assessment are all that's needed to accurately identify the cause of back pain.

As an Army physical therapist providing remote PT to deployed Soldiers, I've spent years diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal injuries without relying on a hands-on exam.

Can You Treat My Back Pain Without Seeing Me In-Person?

Yes. In fact, many of my patients report better results with online care than they've ever experienced in a traditional in-person clinic.

That's because with me, you get:

✓ Flexible Appointments: Available 7 days a week and as late as 10:30 PM EST to fit your schedule.

✓ Unlimited 24/7 Direct Access: Message me anytime with questions, concerns, or updates instead of waiting until your next appointment.

✓ Immediate Relief + Lasting Results: I’ll teach you self-mobilization techniques for fast, on-demand pain relief, along with mobility and strength exercises that fully resolve your pain and keep it away for good.

How Quickly Will I See Results?

Roughly 85% of patients experience a meaningful reduction in their symptoms during their initial appointment.

The timeline for full recovery depends on your personal history and severity of your condition. Some patients are completely pain-free within days, while others with more complex cases take a few months.

The most common progression is a ~50% reduction in pain within the first 1–2 weeks, with full symptom resolution within 6–8 weeks.

During your initial appointment, I’ll give you a realistic timeline for how long your condition will likely take to resolve based on your specific situation.

What Equipment Do I Need?

For most people, no equipment is required. If you're a more advanced athlete, we'll tailor your plan around the equipment you have at home or at your local gym.

You can join your video call from your phone or laptop. We use HIPAA-compliant telehealth software that requires no downloads and is just as easy to use as FaceTime.

Pricing

Your first appointment is completely free and includes both an evaluation and your first treatment session.

After that, ongoing care is $75–$125/week depending on the complexity of your condition. This includes 24/7 access to me via text, unlimited follow-up appointments, detailed exercise form reviews, and continuous adjustments to your rehab plan as you progress.

There are no contracts or long-term commitments. You simply continue week-to-week based on your progress and goals. The first week is also 100% refundable if you change your mind.

For many patients, this ends up costing less than using insurance once copays, deductibles, and multiple in-person visits are taken into account.
